`LEADER` SHIVANNA STARTS

Time and again there was statement that Shivarajakumar should take up the lead of Kannada cinema. At least with V Ravichandran he should take the lead. That has not happened in real life. But in Reel life Dr Shivarajakumar is ‘Leader’ in Tarun Shivappa second production in Sahana of ‘Rose’ fame direction.

On Thursday the muhurut for the film was held at Kanteerava Studio. Dr Shiv as ‘Leader’ has strong followers like Vijay Raghavendra, Yogish, Gururaj Jaggesh with beautiful Pranitha and cubby cheek Parinitha daughter of Srinagara Kitty and Bhavana Belegere are in the cast.


Every common man is ‘Leader’ in one way or the other. How he uses this opportunity is very important. Some of them make use of it. Others do not. Sahana Murthy has stitched a story in such a way that it would be fitting for all ages and all places. As a matter of fact the protagonist Dr Shiv is creator of ‘Leader’ in the film. The contemporary issues of state, national and international are displayed on screen in interesting way. The Bengaluru based story is applicable to Kashmir – that is the wide range of its strength. All characters are very important.


Yogish is in negative shade, there is Deepika Kamaiah as journalists, Prakash Belawadi as politician, Rockline Venkatesh as cop are also in the cast.


Dr V Nagendra Prasad, Kaviraj, Chetan Kumar written lyrics, Veer Samarth has scored music. Dr Ravi Verma stunts, Guruprashanth Rai cinematography, KM Prakash editing are technical tops in this film.

In Goa and 20 days in Kashmir the shoot is planned says Hardik Gowda and Tarun Shivappa.
